Centre-based disability support in Lindfield.

Sunland Support provides disability support at Cromehurst Cottage in Lindfield for children and young people currently enrolled at Cromehurst School. Every child has their own dedicated one-to-one disability support worker, including during individual and group activities.

From the Cottage's backyard, a gate leads directly into the school's familiar, securely fenced primary playground. You can use eligible NDIS Core funding for agreed disability support worker assistance. We confirm individual plans, support items, rates and sessions before services begin.
